
The Manoir des Érables 1814 was built in 1814 and was converted to a hotel-restaurant in 1975 which became renowned for its fine gastronomic cuisine. This ancestral manor, with our 24 comfortable rooms and luxurious suites will impress you with their consistency of refinement and unique historic cachet. Converted in 1975 by the Cyr family in an Inn-restaurant, our warm welcome and our gastronomy have made our enviable reputation. In 2011, Mr Luc Lortie and Mr Guy St-Jean becomes the new owners of the Manoir des Érables 1814. Their projects goes around what was already in place, such as the wine cellar, the restaurant, the Health Center, the meeting rooms and also the bistro.
During the winter months, you can do an unforgettable skidoo adventure on the beautiful "Chaudière-Appalaches" snowy trails. For the cool and comfortable summer months, the Manoir proposes a cruise to Grosse-Île, a getaway to l'Isle-aux-Grues, tourism at Montmagny, golfing or a visit to one of our museum...
