His parents were hotel keepers, his father a head chief, in fact, that's where his taste for fine cuisine comes from.
At the ITHQ, he attended his training with M. Daniel Vézina. Afterwords he had the chance of working with many great Chiefs, such as, Jean François Méthot, Philippe Léger and Michel Lanaux in Ottawa as well as Gilles Azur in Montreal and Thomas Henkelman in New York. He also spent some time at sea for the companies Iles du Ponant and Silver Sea accompanied by David Bisland.
Finally, he settles down at home…the Manoir des Érables, his brothers Inn and his fathers table. Inspired by the seasons, memories, people surrounding him or even a few sudden impulses, he will make you discover a cuisine full of local flavours. Back home for everyone's pleasure.
